Z Bull Mobile Detailing Service Agreement
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- 48+ hours' notice: No penalty.
- 24-48 hours' notice: $50 fee applies.
- 12-24 hours' notice: 50% of the service cost, up to $250.
- Less than 12 hours' notice or no call/no show: Full service amount, up to $250.
- Vehicle unavailable or client absent at the scheduled time: Full service amount, up to $250.
Note: Z Bull reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staffing shortages, traffic delays, weather conditions, or equipment issues. This policy also applies to gift certificate bookings. Fees associated with missed appointments will be charged to the credit card on file.
Timeliness
Technicians from Z Bull may arrive up to 90 minutes later than the scheduled appointment due to traffic or unforeseen scheduling constraints. We appreciate your understanding and will inform you of any significant delays.
Vehicle Access, Service Scope & Quality
By booking, you agree to provide access to your vehicle, including any necessary keys, to allow Z Bull to perform the requested services. These services include but are not limited to detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, and other cosmetic applications.
The Client must ensure a safe and legal working area with enough space for all the vehicle’s doors to be fully opened simultaneously. Clients unsure about access availability must notify Z Bull in advance to reschedule.
Z Bull is committed to delivering high-quality results. Any issues with the completed service must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Concerns raised beyond this timeframe or refusal to inspect the vehicle at the end of the appointment will not be addressed.
Full Detail Service Policy
Full Detail services offered by Z Bull are designed for one vehicle only. Both interior and exterior detailing will be completed on the same vehicle. This service cannot be divided between multiple vehicles. Please ensure the designated vehicle is available at the appointment time.
Liability, Pre-Existing Conditions & Accidents
- Z Bull will document any visible pre-existing damage prior to beginning the service.
- Z Bull is not responsible for damage related to existing conditions, such as worn paint, scratches, or other compromised areas.
- If damage occurs during the service, Z Bull will notify the client immediately. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are not covered under this agreement.
Pricing, Additional Charges & Payment Terms
- Total Service Cost: Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional charges, such as for extended service time, will be discussed with and approved by the Client before proceeding.
- Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the service. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit, and credit cards. Late payments will incur a 10% penalty and accrue daily interest at 0.5% until paid in full. Clients are responsible for all collection fees if applicable.
- Extra Dirty Fee: If a service requires additional time due to extreme conditions, a $50 fee per additional 30 minutes will apply, subject to Client approval.
Access Requirements
To perform mobile detailing services, the Client must ensure a safe and legal working space with enough space for all vehicle doors to be fully opened simultaneously. Clients unsure about access availability must notify Z Bull in advance to reschedule.
Safety
- The Client must inform Z Bull of any hazardous substances present in the vehicle before the service begins.
- Z Bull retains the right to refuse service for vehicles containing unsafe or hazardous materials.
- A minimum surcharge of $200 applies for cleaning hazardous materials such as blood, vomit, urine, or feces.
Feedback, Termination & Governing Law
- Feedback regarding services can be directed to Zbullmobiledetailing@gmail.com.
- By utilizing our services, you grant Z Bull permission to use images of your vehicle for marketing purposes unless a written objection is provided.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas.
- By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to approve this agreement on behalf of the vehicle’s legal owner.
- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Z Bull harmless against any claims resulting from a lack of authority to enter this agreement.
Acknowledgments
- Z Bull does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
- Payment reflects the time and effort spent servicing the vehicle and is not contingent on achieving a particular result.
- Liability for damages is limited to the amount paid for the service.
- All sales are final.
